These were that cats that stayed together during the quake, listening to the orders of their leaders with trust. These cats were the leaders, deputies, medicine cats, and a few warriors who had shown their undying loyalty through the terrible moons. During the quake, the two clans had met at their border and set aside their difference to help one another survive. When the quake finished its terror, the cats moved into the one remaining camp and formed Dustpack.

Ranks

Leader; Two of these! Why? because there were two clan leaders who came merged into one pack and decided to share the rule.
Deputy; Two of these.
Medicine Cat; Once again, two.
Wise Ones; These are the only cats who can see starclan! The descent of the medicine cats in the old two clans. These cats will also obviously can be any other rank, it's just a classification.

Warriors
Apprentice
Kit/Queen

Rules

I. There is always two leaders, never one, if one is acting up then remove them and replace them with the deputy. This is so there is no unfair ruling over the pack.
II. No relationships outside of the Pack.
III. No killing other pack members!
IV. Kits become apprentices at 6 moons with a ceremony, then at 12 become warriors with another ceremony.
V. Only the Wise Ones, Leaders, and medicine cats can know about Starclans messages.
VI. Cats can have only warrior-themed names.
